🔑 REQUIREMENTS
• You must have access to the new email address.
• The Ubisoft account must have an Xbox or PlayStation account linked for at least 180 days.
• You must still have access to the linked console account.

• You must remain available to complete any verification requested during the process.
❗ CONSOLE LINK REQUIREMENT
The linked Xbox or PlayStation account must have been connected to the Ubisoft account for at least 180 days.
Before purchasing, make sure that:
• The console account has been linked for 180 days or longer.
• You still have full access to the linked console account.
• You can complete any verification required through that console account.
If there is no eligible console account linked for at least 180 days, or you do not have access to the linked console account, the service cannot be completed.

You may be required to provide verification codes sent to the current email, new email, or linked console account.
Do not change the account information or linked platforms while the service is in progress unless instructed to do so.
The final result depends on the account history, available proof of ownership, and Ubisoft Support’s decision.

No refund will be provided if:
• There is no Xbox or PlayStation account linked for at least 180 days.
