To use this service:

⢠You must provide the current account information and the new information you want to use.
⢠You must be available to provide any verification codes requested during the process.
⢠The account must belong to you or you must be authorized to manage it.

Ubisoft may request verification before completing the change.
You may need to:

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent completion of the service.

⢠Receiving a response from Ubisoft does not guarantee that the requested change will be approved.

If the requested change cannot be completed because Ubisoft refuses the request, the order may be reviewed for a refund.
No refund will be provided if the service cannot be completed because the customer:
⢠Provides incorrect or false information
⢠Does not have access to the account email
⢠Does not provide requested verification
⢠Stops responding during the process
⢠Changes the account information while the service is in progress
⢠Requests an unsupported, fraudulent, or prohibited change
Once the requested information has been successfully changed, the service is considered completed and no refund will be provided.
