⢠You must still have access to the linked console account.
⢠You must be able to log in to the linked Xbox or PlayStation account and complete any required verification.
⢠You must have access to a new email address that can receive messages from Ubisoft.
⢠The Ubisoft account must belong to you, and all information provided must be accurate.
If no console account has been linked for at least 180 days, or you no longer have access to the linked console account, this method may not work.
